Abstract: In this paper, we discussed vertical distribution character of wind near surface over Guangzhou and evaluated some turbulent parameters concerning atmospheric diffusion and pulsed power spectrum and variance of wind direction. At last, we analysed the evolution with time of mesoscale convergence near surface and its influence on air pollution.
