我国气候振动与地球自转速度变化的关系
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CLIMATIC OSCILLATION OVER CHINA AND CHANGE IN SPEED OF THE EARTH'S ROTATION

摘要: 本文分析了我国旱涝36年周期振动与地球自转速度变化的关系,得到结论:地球自转速度加快时,我国东部地区降水偏少;反之,地球自转速度减慢时,我国东部地区降水偏多。本文还对赤道东太平洋海温异常与地球自转速度变化的关系做了分析。Abstract: Based on the climatological data of drought and flood for a period of 36 years over China a relation of a periodic oscillation of the climate to the change in the earth's rotational speed is obtained with the result that with the increasing speed the annual precipitation over the eastern part decreases and vice versa. In addition, analysis is performed of the sea-surface temperature anomaly in the eastern equatorial-Pacific in relation to the variation of the speed.
