Abstract:
In this paper meteorological conditions in boundary layetes over some main cities of Guangdong, and their influence on pollutant concentrations are discussed. It is found that the long-term averages of concentrations are well correlative with pollution coefficients; the
σ(θ) is able to express the turbulent diffusivity and the mixing height as well as ventilation factor have important influence on air pollution. Through the way of analysis and statistics, a equation for calculating the maximum ground concentration is derived; with which the maximum concentratons at surface level can be easily evaluated on various conditions.
