Abstract: The changes of the circulation situation and thermodynamic and dynamic structure are discussed at lower and upper levels in low latitudes over the Indo-china Peninsula during the last summer monsoon surge. The data covering near 40 stations over Indo-china Peninsula during 1974-1982 are used to analysis the horizontal circulation and cross-section diagram of the divergence and temperature in this paper. The results show that before and after the retreat of last sw monsoon surge, apparent changes can be observed not only in the horizontal circulation in lower and upper tropospherehbut ut also in the vertical longitudinal cells as well as the thermodynamic and dynamic structure of the atmosphere over there.
