Abstract: In this paper, the results are calculated according to the air temperature, pressure, relative humidity, wind speed, and rainfall data of thirty-six meteorological stations over Zhujiang plain area which show that the optimum distance between climate stations is fifty kilometer and the optimum distance between rainfall stations is twenty-five kilometer. Simultaneously. it is pointed out that the method may serve as the planning of meteorological station over plain area.
