非绝热加热驱动的热带轴对称环流多重平衡态
MULTIPLE EQUILIBRIA IN DIABATIC HEATING INDUCED AXISYMMETRIC TROPICAL CIRCULATIONS

摘要: 本文利用赤道β一平面上的浅水波方程,对热带轴对称环流进行理论分析。首先解析地求得线性自由波解,发现低阶模态上u、φ与v的关于赤道的对称和反对称性相反。其次,用高截谱模式分析理想化非绝加热作用下热带环流的平衡态,发现热带夏季环流具有二类稳定的平衡态,而冬季有单一稳定态。Abstract: Based on a shallow waster model on the equatorial beta-plane, theoretical analysises were carried out. Firstly, we analytically abtained linear free-wave solutions and found that for the solutions of the lowest modes the symmetry or antisymmetry of u, φ and that of v are just the opposite. Secondly, we used a highly truncated spectral model to analyse the equilibria in the tropical circulations induced by idealized diabatic heating sources. It was found that there exist two different steady equilibrium states in the summer, but exists one in the winter.
