Abstract: Anomalies of atmospheric circulation for the tropics are closely associated with wet/dry spring in South China. Analysing general circulation for the tropics,characteristics of wave spectra and physical quantities, for low latitudes, inherent relation is preliminarily reveled between the wet/dry spring for Fujian and atmospheric circulation anomalies for the tropics and subtropics.
