Abstract: In this paper, a method for obtaining equilibrium numerical solutions of constant differential equations is formulated and used to deterdmine the stable solutions to the local breeze circulation on the Lei Zhou Peninsula.Based on circulation state that is consistent with observations derived with set underlying boundary forcings, effects of atmospheric parameters on the breeze circulation is discussed, which proves that the method proposed is efficient.
