青藏高原感热加热对7月份大气环流和亚洲夏季风影响的数值试验
NUMERICAL EXPERIMENTS WITH EFFECTS OF SENSIBLE HEATING OF THE TIBETAN PLATEAU ON JULY ATMOSPHERIC GENERAL CIRCULATION AND SUMMER MONSOON IN ASIA

摘要: 利用OSU的两层大气环流模式进行了有无青藏高原感热加热的对比数值试验,结果显示,青藏高原的非绝热加热对夏季大气环流的影响具有全球性,尤其对形成亚洲夏季风是必不可少的因子。去掉青藏高原感热加热,印度夏季风不存在,东亚副热带夏季风也被严重削弱,而南海—西太平洋热带夏季风活跃.Abstract: Comparative numerical experiments using OSU 2-level atmospheric general circulation model was done with/without the sensible heating of the Tibetan Plateau.It is shown that the diabatic heating there affects global general circulation in summer and particularly serves as an indispensible factor for the generation of Asian summer monsoon.If there is no such heating, there will be no more Indian summer monsoon and the subtropical East Asian summer monsoon will be significantly reduced, while the tropical South China Sea-West Pacific monsoon will be more active instead.
