Abstract: There is a long coastal line in South China,among which in hilly area,the complex effects of sea-land and terrain on air pollution are of common occurrenc,where the pollutants distribution is quite different from inland area.Dapeng Peninsula,Shenzhen,is a typical region of the area mentioned above. As a example, we discussed the problem of air pollution prediction ; put forward a new model for atmosphric environment forecast which mainly includes the following parts:(1)the non-uniform wind field model; (2)the dispersion model for coastal regions with complex terrain.The results of comparison between prediction and actual monitoring data show that the model is basically reliable.
