TBB资料揭示的热带大气低频振荡周期的年变化特征

摘要: 根据1980-1992年GMS TBB格点资料,分析了13年平均的TBB功率谱随时间的变化,讨论了低频振荡周期的年变化特征及其可能的成因。结果表明,热带大气低频振荡周期有很明显的年变化。北半球热带地区比赤道附近和南半球热带地区的周期变化幅度更大。总体上,冬季比夏、秋季低频振荡周期更长。低频振荡周期的年变化特征可以用移动性波动CISK机制解释。当加热强时,CISK波相速快,对应的低频振荡周期短;反之,当加热弱时,CISK波相速慢,对应的低频振荡周期长。Abstract: Based on 1980-1992 GMS TBB data,we analyze the 13 years averaged TBB power spectra in tropical regions as a function of time,and discuss the seasonal variations characteristics of low frequency oscillation period and its possibe mechanism.Results show that tropical low frequency oscillation periods have evident seasonal variations.The seasonal variations in northern hemisphere tropical regions are larger than those in adjacent equatorial regions and southern hemisphere tropical regions.In general,the low frequency oscillations periods in winter are longer than those in summer and fall.The seasonal variations characteristics of low frequency oscillation period can be explained by the mobile wave-CISK mechanism.When the heating strengthens,the phase speed of CISK wave gets larger and the low frequency oscillation period becomes shorter,v.v..
