Abstract: By using a simple two-level model,the shallow water equatinos and WKB methods, the effect of the basic flow with vertical and horizontal shear and topography in west-east direction on the development of the two-dimensions inertial gravitational waves are discussed. The environmental donditions advantegous to the development of waves in northeast-southwest direction and waves in nerthwest-southeast direction and waves in northwest-southeast direction are obtained.
