Abstract: In this paper, the relationship between the central pressure,wind field of a tropical cyclone and environmental pressure has been obtained. The relationship with central intensity forecasting can predict wind circles in tropical cyclone by numerical solution. And the relationship with track forecasting of cyclone centre can predict local wind. The operational application has shown that the forecast model is of some practical value.
