南亚季风活跃和中断的物理机制
STUDY OF MECHANISM FOR THE ACTIVE AND BROKEN MONSOON IN SOUTHERN ASIA

摘要: 采用由赤道平衡模式导出的低阶谱模式,考虑了积云对流加热和辐射冷却的作用,用多平衡态理论解释南亚季风活跃和中断的物理可能机制。结果表明,当积云对流加强(或辐射冷却减弱)时,南亚季风活跃;当积云对流减弱(辐射冷却加强)时,南亚季风中断。这与Krishna-murti等提出的云 辐射假说一致。Abstract: Using the low-order spectral model derived from the equatorial balanced model which includes cumulus heating,the solar radiation heating and the longwave radiation cooling two equilibrium states,are obtained.The mechanism for the active and broken phases of the monsoon in Southern Asia is illustrated.When the cumulus heating intensifies and the solar radiation heating decreases,the monsoon is active;the monsoon is broken while the cumulus heating decreases and the solar heating intensifies.
