湖南省人工增雨效果检验及效益评估系统方法之一——用五日滑动平均日平均降水选取对比区方法

摘要: 提出了以日平均降水滤除自然降水的随机变动,同时以五日滑动平均日平均降水寻找自然天气周期和进行第二次平滑的办法选择对比区。同时,本文还就五日滑动日平均降水的正态性和正态化问题进行检验,说明经过二次平滑后的日平均降水值符合正态分布。因此,其回归分析和统计检验是符合气候学和数理统计学原理。此方法可用于湘中、湘南阵性降水人工增雨的效果检验和效益评估。系统软件由VB5.0做成,在Windows 95/98下运行。Abstract: The paper proposes a method of selecting control areas. It is done by filtering out random fluctuations with daily mean precipitation,as well as by locating natural weather periods with fivee-day running mean and conducting a second filtering for the data. In the meantime,it is proved that the daily mean precipitation obtained through the second smoothing is of normal distribution,being consistent with the principles of elimatology and mathematic statistics in the regression analysis and statistic verification. The method is applicable in the effect-testing and profit-evaluation of showery rainfall in central and souther Human province. The system works on VB5.0 and runs in windors 95/98 environment.
