摘要: 利用T63L9大气环流模式,详细地研究了阻塞高压位于不同地区对我国东部西太平洋副热带高压地区大气环流的影响,得到了一些有意义的结果。个例研究表明:1998年夏季,中国大部分地区发生特大洪涝灾害期间,阻塞高压在欧亚中高纬地区的稳定维持是大气环流的主要特征之一;阻塞高压位于不同的位置,对副热带高压的强弱、东西进退以及南撤北挺均有较大影响。

Abstract: we use the general circulation spectral model of T63L9 to study the effect of blocking high in middle-high latitude on the west pacific subtropical high and get some important result. The study indicated that in the summer of 1998, the blocking high which existed in middle-high latitude was the major character of the general circulation, and the situation of the block high have great effect on the west pacific subtropical high.
