前汛期福建地区GMS-5红外云图的亮温度与地面雨强的关系研究
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RAINFALL INTENSITY AND CLOUD TOP TEMPERATURE IN GMS-5 IR CLOUD IMAGE IN FUJIAN PROVINCE DURINGTHE FIRST RAINY SEASON

摘要: 利用1998年和1999年前汛期GMS-5红外云图探讨亮温度与地面雨强关系。结果表明:地面雨强随着亮温度降低,降水强度逐渐加大,出现强降水的几率增多;在低温区利用多点采样法确定雨量站上空的亮温度值优于单点;前汛期福建地区强降水亮温度阈值选为-46℃。Abstract: The relationship between rainfall intensity and cloud top temperature is discussed by using GMS-5 IR image in 1998~1999 during the first rainy season. The results indicate that the rainfall intensity and frequency of heavy-rain raises when cloud top temperature decreases. Below -72℃ the values of cloud top temperature with multiple points method is better than that with single point method. We choose -46℃ as the threshold of cloud top temperature in heavy-rain in Fujian province during the first rainy season.
