月雨量业务预报的相空间投影技术
A PHASE SPACE PROJECTIVE METHOD FOR OPERATIONAL MONTHLY PRECIPITATION FORECASTS

摘要: 考虑到系统状态量之间的物理关系和动力行为特性,提出了月雨量业务预报的相空间投影技术。该技术不仅考虑了局地降水的直接因素,而且考虑了该地与降水的间接因素及外界对该地的影响,从而发展了长期预报的相空间技术。从对滇中5年60个月试验预报的检验可以得出结论:该技术对月雨量预报的距平符号相关准确率可达40/60=67%,对雨季5-10月则可达23/30=77%。该技术的预报效果显着高于目前长期预报的业务水平。Abstract: Considering the physical relations and dynamic properties among state variables of an atmospheric system,this paper introduces a phase space projective method for operational monthly precipitation forecasts. This method not only takes into account direct factors of precipitation at a local point but also indirect factors of the locality and precipitation and the influence of periphery. So this paper has enrlched the phase space method of long range forecast. The verifications of trial forecasts for a length of 60 months show that the forecast accuracy of anomaly sign of this method can reach 40/60=67% and 23/30=77% in rainy seasons (May-October).The forecast effects of this method are sharply superior over the present operational level of long-range forecasts.
