Abstract: In this paper the concept of helicity is introduced in to the tropical cyclone. The dynamical structure and evolution of helicity in the development of tropical cyclone are studied. The results show that tropical cyclone has a strong helicity. Helicity increases with the developing of tropical cyclone and plays an important role in the long life and maintenance of stable situation of tropical cyclone.
