CONDITIONAL SYMMETRIC INSTABILITY AND HIGH-WIND AND HAIL ACCOMPANYING WITH KUNMING QUASI-STATIONARY FRONT

摘要: 用对称不稳定理论,对1997年春季滇南一次连续性静止锋风雹过程进行分析,结果表明:条件性对称不稳定、锋生强迫、锋面次级环流是形成云南低纬高原上风雹天气的重要因子。Abstract: The concept of symmetric instability was used to analyse a continuous high-wind and hail event, which occurred in spring over the south Yunnan. It was found that conditional symmetric instability, frontgenetic forcing and frontogenetical secondary circulation were important factors responsible for the spring hail over the lower latitude plateau.
